2 Heads lettuce (can use romaine or ice berg) 1 Head Broccoli 1 16 oz Bacon Bits 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (use grated)
Dressing 1 pint Hellmann Mayonnaise 2 1/2 TBSP white vinegar 1/4 cup sugar
Mix up dressing. Can mix up ahead of time if desired. Put lettuce, broccoli, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and Bacon bits into a large mixing bowl. Stir in dressing until evenly coated. Top off with remaining Parmesan Cheese.
