3 C. sliced zucchini
1/3 C. melted butter or margarine
8 oz. pkg. Stove top or Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 C.grated carrots
1 C. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini 2 min. in lightly salted boiling water-drain. Melt butter in water-follow stuffing directions.
Simmer carrots,celery &onions in small amt.of water and butter till crisp tender.

Mix veggies,sour cream and soup,layer into a greased baking dish-start with stuffing mix-and ending with stuffing mix.Bake at 350º 30-40 minutes.
