24 large ripe tomatoes, skinned
4 green peppers
4 large onions, chopped
4 cups vinegar
4 cups brown sugar
2 TB salt
1 TB allspice
1 TB cinnamon
1 TB dry mustard
1 TB mace
1 TB ginger

Mix all of the ingredients together. Boil for about 3 hours, slowly, and stirring frequently. Cool and freeze in containers.
Makes about 10 1/2 pint containers.
