1 lb ground beef
1 egg
3 slices white bread
1 small onion
3 TB Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TB parsley

1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can tomato paste (7 oz)
3 cups water
1 TB sugar
1 TB oregano
1 TB salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all of the meat ingredients together and shape the meat into 2 inch meatballs. Brown. Cook the onion and garlic cloves in the oil, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer. Cook until bubbly. Add the cooked meatballs and simmer.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Serves 6

This is probably Mom's favorite homemade spaghetti sauce and meatball recipe. We all loved it!
