1 can blackeyed peas, drained 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained 1 can Rotel tomatoes 8 oz Wishbone Italian dressing 1 tomato, diced 1/2 green pepper, diced 1 bunch green, onions 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp garlic salt 1 Tbsp dried parsley or cilantro Jalapeņos to taste diced
Mix all ingredients and chill several hours before serving. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips. Much better the day after.
