1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt,pepper,celery salt,ground thyme,garlic salt, onion salt
3 tbls soy sauce
or
1 cup red wine

Directions:

Mix everything together.
Pour over steak or roast.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Turn meat occasionally.
Remove beef and cook.
Discard marinade.
