Brown 1 pound ground pork.
Preheat deep fryer to 375°

MIX FOR SAUCE:

3 tbsp. sherry
1 and 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated ginger, fresh (or 1/2 teaspoon dry)
1 tsp. sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken broth

CHOP UP VEGGIES & STIR FRY:

1 small or 1/2 large head of cabbage (use a lot)
3 ribs celery
2 carrots
2 – 3 green onions with stems
mung bean sprouts (optional)
1/4 pound mushrooms
1 garlic, minced

ADD:
1 pound browned ground pork

ADD SAUCE AND HEAT UNTIL THICKENED.

CHILL FILLING FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS.

FILL INDIVIDUAL EGG ROLL WRAPPERS WITH ABOUT 1/4 TO 1/3 CUP FILLING. WRAP TIGHTLY AND SEAL WITH EGG.

DEEP FRY 2 TO 3 MIN.
