Shape into a ball or rectangle and put on a serving plate.
Spread a small jar of apricot or mango chutney over the top of the cheese shape. Add craisens(brought to a boil to plump up) Cool first! Add chopped pecans or walnuts if you prefer. Top with chopped green onions. Serve with crackers for a great appetizer!
