1 (15 oz) box raisin bran
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup crisco oil
1 quart buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt, and soda. Add to raisin bran, oil, and buttermilk. Spoon batter in well greased and floured muffin tins. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Store batter in covered container in refrigerator.
