Salt and Pepper to taste
Ham Slices
2 Cheese Slices
Jam or Jelly

Start toasting the muffins as you do step 2. Scramble the eggs with the salt and pepper. Spread your favorite preserve on the muffin halves. Place cheese on the bottom muffin half. Place some egg and then ham on the cheese. Place top half of muffin on bottom and eat.
