3 boned cooked boneless Chicken Breast 1&1/2 cups crushed Ritz Crackers 1/2 cup butter melted 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Chicken Broth 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Save 4 T for topping. Put remaining crackers in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Put chicken breasts on top of crackers. Mix sour cream, chicken broth, soup and salt & pepper. Blend and pour over chicken. Sprinkle reserved crushed crackers on top and bake at 350º 20 to 25 minutes.
