2 bell peppers, diced
1 tsp of fajita or taco seasoning
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
12 - 6" tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Lay 6 small tortillas on parchment-lined baking sheet. Divide mixture between the 6 tortillas, spreading slightly to within 1/2" of edges. Top with another tortilla. Bake for 8 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
