This will include some deco some fun and Lots of food
1. Decor ideas
You'll need about 3 yards cheese cloth ( depends on how many you want )
Several Styrofoam balls ( I used about 10 different sizes )
1 Large bottle of Elmer Glue ( it dries clear)
3 parts of water, containers to drape your ghosts on.

Mix water and glue on a large bowl . press the cheese cloth in the glue making sure that it is completely covered. With balls sitting on the containers Drape the cheese cloth over the ball as if to make the shape of a ghost, let dry a few days.

After your ghosts are dry take a long piece of clear fishing line thread the ghost onto the line ( at the top of the ghosts) and tie the line filled ghost from corner to corner or tree to tree. If you tie the line just below a ceiling fan it will appear that they are moving. Great conversation piece
