Personal Notes:
My mother made this often when I was a child and a lot of the times I got to help! Some of the most fun we had was coming up with creative ideas for fillings. To do that put a scoop of whatever filling you desire (cheese or jelly or ham or whatever) in the middle of one triangle and top with a second triangle. Seal the edges with a fork and then fry. To make "Indian Tacos" cut circles in the dough and fry. Replace your taco shells with the fried bread. Enjoy!
