1 pound pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tsp water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir until moist. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon and add to pecans. Mix well and pour onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 250º for 1 hour 20 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. To double recipe use jelly roll pan.
