Pork Loin

Marinade (for each pound of pork):
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp oil

Topping (for each pound of pork):
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork loin in a ziplock bag. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over the pork. Seal bag and allow to marinate for 6 hours to overnight.

Remove pork when ready to cook, pat dry and discard marinade. Mix honey with brown sugar and pour into a shallow container (plate). Pour Sesame Seeds into a separate shallow container (plate). Roll pork into honey mixture until it is well coated. Then roll the pork in the sesame seeds and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160º.
