1 c. peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg in large bowl. Add peanut butter and sugar. Mix well with sturdy spoon (mixture will be wet). Roll into 1-inch balls and place on non-stick cookie sheet. With fork, make criss cross pattern on balls. Cook 10-15 minutes. While warm, sprinkle with sugar.
