4 medium cucumbers
1 onion
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Pare and slice cucumbers. Slice onion into rings. Mix dressing and pour over cucumbers and onions. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
