1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 slices bread, cubed
1-lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
