1/2 kg. mince beef
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 c. chopped onion
dash pepper
2 cloves garlic
white sauce or creamed soup
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 c. hot water
1 c. raw rice
2 c. chopped veggies
tortilla or pita chips -- optional

Stir fry meat, celery, onion, pepper and garlic. Stir in white sauce or mushroom soup, soy sauce, water and rice and veggies. (You may cook the rice a bit if you want a shorter cooking time in the oven). Place in a 9 X 13 pan. Cover and bake one hour at 350. Top with chips if desired and serve hot.

NOTE: Beans, carrots, cabbage, zucchini, etc. work for the chopped veggies.
