Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 pounds lean pork shoulder
1 pint tomato juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 medium onions, sliced
1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make one-inch cuts in the fresh pork shoulder. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on top of stove on medium heat. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender (also works well overnight in a crock pot). Take the pork out of the sauce to remove all the bones; shred to whatever size you prefer. The pork may be falling off the bone when you remove it. I sometimes pour the sauce through a strainer to make sure all the bones have been removed. Replace in sauce. Serve on buns with cole slaw.
