1 chicken breast per person
Italian Bread Crumbs
eggs
Ragu
Mozzareela or Swiss cheese
Spagetti noodles
Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Use 1 chicken breast /person to serve.
Dip chicken pieces in 1 egg(whisked w/ 1 T. milk) and then in Italian bread crumbs(comes in a can all ready.)Place chicken pieces on sprayed or greased broiler pan. Bake 20 min. at 400 or until done. During last 10 min., place slice of Mozzasrella or Swiss cheese on ea. piece. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ Parmasan cheese. While chicken is baking, boil spageeti (your portions): drain and toss w/ a little butter. Dump a lg. jar of Ragu, into microwave bowl:cover and heat thru in microwave.
Serve a chicken breast ovr noodles, add sauce and more Parmasan cheese. Seve also w/ garlic bread.
