1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup chopped onion to taste chopped green pepper to taste (optional) 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream salt & pepper parsley flakes paprika
Put potatoes, soups, onions, green pepper, sour cream, salt and pepper in large bowl. Mix and place in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake uncovered at 300º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
