1 lb. shrimp, thawed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup white wine
2 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet on medium. Melt butter in skillet. Add shrimp so they lay flat in the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook shrimp 1 minute, add garlic and cook 1 additional minute. Turn shrimp over and cook 2-3 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a bowl. Pour cooking wine and lemon juice into skillet. Bring to a boil until thickened. Stir in zest and parsley. Pour sauce over shrimp and serve.
