4 small loaf pans
1 t vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 mashed bananas (slightly browned)
1 stick of melted butter
2 eggs
2 cups
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl:
vanilla,milk, sugar, mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs. Mix in smaller bowl:
2 cups flour, 1 t baking soda, 1/2 t salt. Add smaller bowl to larger bowl--mix well. Divide ingredients into 4 small loaf pans (may need to spray or use stoneware). Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
