1 16 oz. box of sea shell pasta
1 medium onion chopped
1 lb. very lean ground beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sea shell pasta according to directions
Sauté onion, then add ground beef and cook until cooked together.
Combine with pasta, add soup and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
