1lbs chicken cutlets
Frank's Red Hot (enough to coat the cutlets)
Italian style bread crumbs (enought to coat the culets)
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepared the cutlets any thickness or size you like. Soak in Frank's Red Hot. The longer the better. Bread the red hot covered cutlets. Prepare a frying pan with a thin layer of oil over medium heat. And fry till crispy brown.
