3/4 cup sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas
1 cup bran flakes cereal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in slow oven (250 degrees) for about an hour, or until golden brown and firm.

Another "Miss Jane" recipe. Not your typical banana bread--more moist and not as firm. I love this with vanilla ice cream on top!
