2 15oz cans great Northern beans
1 28oz can diced tomatoes (or juice)
1/2 cup onion finely diced
1/2 cup celery finely diced
1-2 Tab best quality vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in vegtable oil until very soft.
add remaining ingredients .
bring to a boil
Simmer 10 minutes
add salt to taste
