¾ c shredded part-skim moz cheese
¼ c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
¼ c light margarine
1 ½ c thinly sliced Vidalia or white onions
6 oz beef tenderloin or sirloin
1 tsp flour
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
/4 tsp pepper
½ c beef broth
8 oz Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 Tbsp fresh Parmesan cheese

TOPPING
½ c lowfat plain yoghurt
10 ½ oz can au jus, heated

Combine Mozarella Cheese and ¼ c Parmesan Cheese, set aside. Melt margarine in large skillet over med. heat. Add onions and cook 15-20 min until golden brown. With slotted spoon transfer onions to med. bowl.
Add beef to skillet. Cook 2-3 min. Return onions and juice to skillet. Add flour, brown sugar, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Cook 5 min until most of the liquid is absorbed. Heat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheet.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Slightly overlap long sides of 2 triangles to make large triangle, press edges to seal. Repeat to make 4 triangles. Place triangles in a row on sheet, overlapping.
Evenly spoon onion mix down center of triangles in 1 ½ in wide strip, beginning and ending 1 in. from ends. Sprinkle cheese mix over onion mix. Cross ends over another, making a braided appearance. Seal ends.
Sprinkle 2 T Parm Cheese over top of dough. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min. Serve with yoghurt and au jus.

This is amazing, It's like french onion soup and calzones mixed. It's also good for a group, we have it at all of my family's reunions.
