1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 cups pecan halves
3 lg. eggs beaten
3 T butter-melted
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 T good bourbon
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of pie crust with pecans. In medium bowl whisk together eggs and melted butter, add the corn syrup,sugar,bourbon and chopped chocolate. Stir well. Pour mixture into pie shell over the pecans. Bake 10 minutes. Lower the oven temp. to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 25 minutes or until pie is set. Remove and cool.
