1 chicken fryer (stewed and de-boned)
1 (11 oz) box Ritz crackers, crushed (save half for topping)
2 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (drained)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups chicken broth, or as needed
salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together. Top with half of the crushed Ritz crackers. Bake in a greased 9x13 dish at 350º for one hours.

This tastes like chicken and dressing and was another great recipe from Aunt Jean Sharp shared with us when we came for a reunion in 1980.
