Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. old fashioned quick oats

Mix flour, soda and cinnamon and set aside.
Mix butter, white sugar and light brown sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Add raisins and oats.
Chill and then place by spoonfuls on a sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
