4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. paprika
1 stick pure butter
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed

Preheat oven to 375.
Cut all fat off chicken, wash and dry.
Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter and dip each piece of chicken in butter.
Crush Ritz Crackers and dip each piece of chicken in crushed crackers.
Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 45 minutes.
Take foil off and bake about 15 minutes longer.
