Ingredients:  
1 cup wild rice, cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbsp oleo
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in oleo. Add water chestnuts and other ingredients. Mix well. Bake in casserole dish at 350 for one hour.
