3 Large oranges
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Cut oranges in half crosswise. Remove juice and pulp, cleaning out shells well. Combine orange juice, mashed potatoes, margarine, salt, sugar, and pecans. Mix well. Fill orange shells with potatoe mixture. Bake about 15 minutes. Top with marshmallows and put back into the oven just long enough for the marshmallows to melt.
