1 15oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 Can peeled tomatoes chopped in food processor
1 t Italian Seasonings
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t Beau Monde
1/2 t tarragon
1 pinch oregano
1 bay leaf
Red & Black pepper
1 t sugar
1 cap full olive oil
4 chicken breasts
Butter Milk to cover Chicken
1&1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 t seasoned salt
2 to 3 cups cooked spaghetti
1 pk shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, Italian Seasonings, Garlic powder, Beau Monde, Tarragon,
Oregano, Bay Leaf, Red and Black pepper, sugar, and olive oil in a sauce pan on Medium high. When heated, turn to low and simmer 25 minutes. Beat Chicken Breasts and marinate in butter milk for 30 minutes. Combine flour, Bread crumbs, and seasoned salt. Dredge breasts in flour mixture. Fry until browned and done. Start on medium high and turn to low to finish. Arrange chicken in center of casserole, surround with spaghetti, sprinkle top with mozzarella. Melt under broiler and serve.
