2 packages of yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold milk
1/4 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5-6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast into 1/4 c. water. Combine hot water & cold milk. Add shortening & sugar. Add yeast mixture & salt. Mix well, then gradually add flour. Let rise 1 hour covered. Roll out, cut, place on greased cookie sheet just touching each other. Let rise another half hour covered. Bake in 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
