2 C Pumpkin Seeds (Clean the seeds out of a fresh pumpkin.)
1 1/2 T Melted Butter or Margarine
1/2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250º for about an hour stirring occasionally until crisp, dry and golden.
