6 Egg Whites
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Powder
42 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1-2 c. Chopped Pecans
2 c. Whipped Cream
10 Heath Bars, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually & continue beating until stiff. Add Vanilla.

Mix together crushed crackers, baking powder, & chopped pecans.

Add to egg white mixture & pour into buttered 9x13 baking dish. Bake 350 for 25 minutes
Cool Completely. Spread whipped cream on top. Sprinkle crushed Heath Bars on top. Refrigerate overnight.
