Asparagus Soup Recipe

1 onion chopped
stock of celery chopped
2 potatos chopped
2 garlic cloves
2-3 bunches of asparagus
1 1/2 T flour
4 cups of water
2 T chicken powder
1/2 C cream (optional)
scallions for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and asparagus until transparent. Add celery, garlic, potato and flour- cook for 4 minutes. Add water, chicken powder and cook covered for 20-30 minutes. Put into a blender once it has cooled down a bit. Add cream if wanted after the soup is cooled and garnish with scallions!
