4 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin, canned
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 T. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend together. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 inch). Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.

To Make Frosting: Beat together all ingredients, except milk, until smooth. Gradually add milk and mix until spreading consistency. Ice cooled cake. Cut into bars.
