2 c macaroni, cooked
2 cans chicken, or leftover chicken pieces
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c Italian dressing
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans French fried onion rings
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to box directions and cool. In large bowl, toss macaroni, chicken, cheese and cucumbers. Mix mayonnaise, Italian dressing, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over macaroni mixture. Stir and refrigerate.

Just before serving, toss 1 can onion rings into the macaroni and mix. Garnish the top with the second can of onion rings. Serve cold or room temperature.
