2 lb. sirloin, cut into bite size pieces
2 c. beef broth
1 c. sliced mushroom (generous cup)
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 oz. pkg. onion gravy mix (or onion soup mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Do not brown meat. Place everything in crock pot on low for 4 - 5 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
