2 lb. beef, cut in bite size pieces
4 or 5 stalks celery
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled
3 onions
3 small cans beef broth
1 small can tomatoes
4 or 5 carrots, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 T. tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Wash all vegetables and cut into bite size pieces. Mix everything in large roaster pan. Cover and cook for three hours. Serve with biscuits or corn bread.
