mixed greens
pecans, chopped and toasted
pears, sliced thin
Blue cheese, crumbled

DRESSING:
2 T. Grand Marnier
2 T. honey
1/4 c. olive oil
1 T. while wine vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients in blender. Arrange greens on plate. Top with pear slices, pecans and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Substitute cantaloupe and walnuts for summer. Use pears and pecans for fall.
