1 c. slivered almonds
1 bag romaine lettuce, bite sized pieces
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1 red onion, thin rings or chopped
1 pint strawberries, washed and sliced

DRESSING:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
2 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Toast almonds in skillet over med high heat. Stir occasionally and remove when golden brown. Mix dressing ingredients in the blender. Toss greens, onion and strawberries with dressing, just to coat. Garnish with toasted almonds and crumbled feta cheese.
