1 bag lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
2 apples, chopped
1 cashews, small can
1 - 6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded

DRESSING:
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. diced onion
1 c. salad oil
2 T. poppy seeds
1/3 c. vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together in blender and refrigerate until serving time. In a large bowl, prepare salad ingredients. Toss with dressing right before serving.
