1 onion, chopped
2 T. butter or olive oil
24 oz. chicken broth
2 - 3 c. fine noodles
10 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle, saute onion in butter. Add chicken broth and bring to slow boil. Add 3 cups of noodles and cook for two minutes. Add broccoli and cook five minutes more. Stir in milk and cheese. Continue to stir until cheese has melted. Serve. Leftovers will thicken. Add milk to thin.
