1 can artichokes; drained, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T. Dijon mustard (optional)
8 oz. crumbled feta

pine nuts, crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients except pine nuts. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with pine nuts during last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
